Food always evolves and Chef Ajay likes pushing the boundaries of Indian cuisine. Swadish is a refreshing addition to the vibrant restaurant market in Glasgow. The mix of authenticity, use of local produce and modern cooking methods is the principle driving force at Swadish. We recognise the importance of preserving authenticity and the menu we have created is exciting, modern yet also traditional.
